Located in downtown Boston, the luxurious apartments of Bryant Back Bay was experiencing high levels of concrete dust in their underground parking garage. The dust when disturbed by moving cars would then settle on the tenant’s vehicles, make them very displeased. The management company of Bryant Back Bay, Barken Management Company, Inc. then contacted Jean’s Waterproofing, Inc. (JWI).
JWI was set out with the task to apply a vehicular traffic coating on all structurally supported levels of the garage. As the valuable parking is supplied to the tenants at a premium, the work schedule was allowed a week’s time.
Completing the task at hand on time and satisfying the needs of Barken Management Company, Inc., JWI has since been contacted about applying a epoxy based vehicular traffic coating on the lowest, on grade parking level.
